I saw my cousin for the first time in almost a year, got to feed and pet a Kangaroo, wired in a new Kenwood head unit I was given, and accidentally added to the vintage look of my leather jacket, courtesy of Mr. Bill E. Goat. Even though the speakers I wanted were out of stock, I still picked up another pillow for my camper conversion, and everything is mint.

Did it already have an aftermarket head unit, or did you have to take the stock one out?

It already had a Pioneer unit, but it was a very basic unit and I was given this Kenwood Excelon unit for free, so I figured I’d try it out. It works very well.

Can’t beat a price like that!

Mine still has the stock unit, but I’m tempted to leave it in. I might do the AUX input mod on it later though. I can’t even remember the last time I used a cassette.

Given the fact that the speakers on GMT400s are all kinds of terrible, on a stock head unit and speakers, it takes concentration to tell the difference between a cassette adapter and a hardwired aux mod.
